P&M Gentle Hands mission is to prepare, educate, and train phlebotomists by providing hands-on experience which will meet the industry standards to qualify for a job immediately after completion and excel on the national certification exams. P&M Gentle Hands goal is to each and every student to pass the national exam with a high passing rate in the state of Illinois.
